    OWNER& LEAD DESIGNER

I'm a born-and-raised Missourian (where did you go to high school?), and I'm a mom to our son and daughter, and one boxer/pit mix named Grizzly. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, but we've known each other since kindergarten!

Before I started working with flowers, I went to the Conservatory of Music in Kansas City, Missouri, where I majored in vocal performance. I have two degrees in voice: a Bachelor’s and a Master’s.

My goal is to work closely with clients and guide them in selecting the perfect flowers to create the atmosphere they desire, whether it's for a wedding or other event.

I view flower planning as a team effort between my client and me, and I enjoy sharing ideas and having open dialogue about their ultimate floral vision.

  • Sarah

    DESIGNER

I've been a member of the team for four years. I'm a mom of two boys, and I love to be creative and crafty. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, specializing in Employment Relations from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.

I married my husband, Daniel, in 2011, and shortly after that, he went into the Air Force, where he served seven and a half years as a Weapons System Officer in the F-15E Strike Eagle.

My creative background made it an easy decision to join the flower team at Serendipity Floral Design. I started in 2020 and haven't looked back.

My specialty is corsage design because of my attention to detail, though I work on all aspects of weddings and events!

  • Melanie

    DESIGNER

I'm the newest member of the team! I married my best friend in 2007, and we have a daughter and two dogs.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Lindenwood University, and a passion for decorating, party planning, crafting, and gardening.

I have an eye for details and love turning ideas into reality, whether it's organizing events or designing spaces.

Family is a core value for me, and I enjoy balancing my projects with meaningful time spent with loved ones.

I'm eager to contribute to your special day or event and am excited to bring fresh ideas and a creative touch to the team.
